Our story
From Wild Harvest to Industrial Production
Our origins trace back to Saarek AS, where we began our activities in wild berry and mushroom procurement. Over decades, we have developed strong expertise in berry processing, cold storage, sorting technologies, and industrial-scale production.
In 2015, the company was restructured: production and operational activities were transferred to Saarek Productions AS. This ensured continuity of our long-standing heritage while strengthening our focus on industrial manufacturing.
Today, we continue to build on this legacy as a specialist in high-quality berry-based solutions for the food industry.
